In electrolyte purification systems, dehydration skids utilize highly selective adsorbents with strong water adsorption capacity and rapid kinetics, while maintaining chemical stability and compatibility with the electrolyte.

A fixed-bed adsorption process continuously removes trace moisture, helping safeguard device reliability, operational safety, and long-term electrochemical performance, particularly in lithium-ion batteries and supercapacitors.

When outlet moisture levels exceed specified limits, the system automatically switches to a standby bed while the saturated bed undergoes regeneration.

For specialty gas purification, skid-mounted systems are used to treat gases such as carbon tetrafluoride (CF₄) and sulfur hexafluoride (SF₆). These systems effectively remove impurities—including acidic gases and hydrolyzable fluorides (excluding CF₄ and SF₆)— achieving product gas purities of ≥ 99.999%.
